This complimentary 15 minute call is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I will ask some questions to gain an understanding about your current challenges and goals.

I offer a variety of skills and tools to assist you to move through life’s challenges, work with the nervous system and allow for greater self-awareness to break repeating patterns.
My approach is warm, personal and compassionate, yet directive and solutions-focused, meeting you exactly where you are at.
Coaching Packages
I take a unique and specialised approach to tailor my coaching packages to specifically meet your individual needs and concerns.
My programs are for 3 to 6 months in duration, depending on your goals.

Workshop Offerings
I have been facilitating meditation, mindfulness and self-compassion workshops for many years in a variety of settings including private practice, community centres, corporate settings and high schools. I have been practising mindfulness and meditation in my own life for over 15 years, and studied with many teachers over the years, completing my hours in training and retreat settings.
I am dedicated to helping you cultivate mindfulness in your life and develop a more compassionate, healthy and loving relationship with yourself. I am also trained in Yoga Nidra, a practice that is restful and restorative for people with stressful and busy lives.
My workshops can be fully customised to your needs, running for anywhere from 1 hour to a full day. These can be facilitated online via Zoom or at your workplace within the Gold Coast region.
