Hi, I'm Kelli Travers

I am a Psychologist, Transformational Coach and Meditation Teacher, with two decades of experience in my field.  I take an integrated, holistic and client-centred approach, using up-to-date evidence-based approaches, based in neuroscience, combining with somatic therapy, and the ancient wisdom of meditation and mindfulness.  My approach is warm, personal, compassionate, yet directive and solutions focused, meeting where you are at.  I have a unique and specialised approach to tailor therapy and coaching to specifically meet your needs and goals.

I have worked with thousands of clients across private practice, corporate, non-profit organisations and community mental health settings.  I now enjoy running my own business online from the Gold Coast, offering one-on-one sessions, coaching packages, training and workshops for clients across Australia and Internationally. 

I am passionate about assisting individuals, in making transformational changes in their life, by addressing repeating patterns, resolving emotional difficulties, increasing self-awareness, and learning new strategies to move through life’s challenges.  I have completed extensive training in therapies that allow me to address the deeper core issues, to create lasting changes and move into a new way of being in your life, to create a life that is meaningful, joyful and fulfilling for you.

I offer a personalised approach to therapy to assist you to connect with yourself, heal past trauma and shift obstacles to then move forward in your life from a place of self-empowerment, self-love, wholeness and thriving.
