About me
I am a Psychologist, Coach and Meditation Teacher, with two decades of experience in my field. I take an integrated, holistic and client-centred approach, using up-to-date evidence-based approaches, based in neuroscience, combining with somatic therapy, and the ancient wisdom of meditation and mindfulness. My approach is warm, personal, compassionate, yet directive and solutions focused, meeting where you are at. I have a unique and specialised approach to tailor therapy and coaching to specifically meet your needs and goals.
I have a Masters of Clinical Psychology, Life Coaching Certification and Teacher Trainings completed in Mindfulness Meditation, Self-Compassion Training and Yoga Nidra.
I have completed extensive training in trauma resolution, including EMDR, somatic-based therapies, nervous system regulation and improving mindset.
